I have always been fascinated in the science of the body, its function and capacity to heal. This led me to a career in physiotherapy where I worked in the NHS, London Fire Brigade and a range of corporate settings. With a keen interest in fitness, I am passionate about educating my patients on the importance of exercise and its beneficial effects on the body.

As a physio, I always felt that something was missing from my practice. Getting to know my patients better, learning about their lifestyle choices and comorbid health conditions, I knew that there was more I could do to help people heal, recover quicker and maintain healthier, symptom free lives long-term.

Looking for a holistic approach, I completed my nutrition training at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London. This is where I met Gideon Remfry, prestigious exercise performance and nutrition coach, sports nutrition lecturer and joint founder of Kyros Project. I joined Kyros Project in 2021 as a platform to align my physiotherapy, nutritional therapy and Pilates practice together as a Wellness Consultant. I work with Kyros Project at Auriens Chelsea, an industry-leading, forward-thinking later living establishment where I have access to state-of-the-art equipment and facilities and expert mentoring support from the Kyros Leadership team.

I continue to see private clients virtually over video call consultations. My particular interest is supporting people with stubborn musculoskeletal and chronic pain complaints on a deeper, holistic level by facilitating optimal body composition, promoting anti-inflammatory pathways in the body and an optimal environment for healing.

I take a step-by-step, evidenced-based approach to nutrition and rehabilitation, focussing on building the foundations of strength and good health before reviewing and refining as necessary. There is an overwhelming amount of conflicting information, fads and fashions that are freely accessible but misleading, impersonal and in some cases dangerous to health. I keep up-to-date with relevant research and participate in regular professional development to ensure that my bespoke recommendations are both safe and effective for my clients.

‘My goal is to provide straight forward, simple steps for my clients to follow to make realistic, long-term lifestyle changes to support their health and well-being.’
